Final painting of the first polar bear.  This is part of a character study.  Can't wait for the publishers and agents to see my work!   First finished artwork to add to my 2012 NYC portfolio...one step closer to reaching my goal and dream of visiting NYC as a real professional illustrator! woohoo!

POLAR BEAR CHARACTER STUDY

Last night I stayed up and did the sketches for avatar characters.... cute puppy and a dragon! need to find some ideas for clothes.  need inspiration!

Today is Day 4 of my portfolio quest to NYC!  Just uploaded a picture that inspired me on my FB. I can't wait to finish my portfolio and enjoy the fruits of my labor! And at the end of this quest, I'll be in NYC with my portfolio, ready to show the publishers what I've got! :)
